Where Health Meets Balance.

Healing without the overwhelm

Kellie Manchester, Integrative Health Practitioner

HI, I'M KELLIE.

Welcome to Honestliving.co — where health meets balance, practicality, and a new perspective. I could not be more excited you're here!

I'm an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP2) and Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner and specialist who strives to create an environment where people feel safe and are able to rebalance the body with a variety of root cause approaches.

Let's get back to the basics of health. Can't wait to connect!

MY APPROACH TO WELLNESS

I use a root cause and integrative approach to find the underlying causes of a client's health issues. This uses a variety of techniques such as blood work, functional testing, bioresonance scans, and lifestyle assessment to figure out where the issues stem from.

I don't believe in masking symptoms, unless temporarily using a bandaid approach to ease symptoms while working on the root cause. I believe the body is fully capable of healing in most cases and do my best to help rebalance the body. I am constantly recommending low-tox, clean, and effective products to my clients and staying up to date with new research studies. Lastly, I hope that if you choose to work with me, our sessions together will feel casual and real, rather than make you feel nervous!

EDUCATION

I received my BA in Design and minor in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco. I studied Design in Denmark and general studies in Thailand as well, from 2018–2019.

Afterwards, I went on to complete my health practitioner certification. I received my certification at Integrative Health Practitioner Institute (IHP1 and IHP2), completed my education in functional blood chemistry with Fundamenta Wellness Institute, and received my certification in applied quantum biology with Quantum Biology Collective.

My next endeavor will be to become a Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist, become a certified trauma specialist, and complete my board certification.
